1. Purpose of the Site

This website is provided for informational purposes only to showcase our new construction homes in Clarksville, Montgomery County, and the Woodberry community.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this site—including text, logos, custom photography, and architectural designs—is the property of Woodson Construction Company or is used under a valid license from our professional partners.

• Design Protection: Our floor plans, elevations, and sketches are exclusive architectural works licensed to us or our licensors. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using these designs to initiate construction or for any other purpose without an executed agreement and a paid license fee.
• Media Protection: You may not download, distribute, or "scrape" our "Bones of the Home" photography or "Woodberry Gallery" images for commercial use without express written consent.

3. No Binding Contract

Viewing this website, downloading the Neighborhood Lookbook, or scheduling a Discovery Call does not constitute a construction contract or a legal agreement to build. All official building agreements must be executed in writing through a formal Tennessee Residential Construction Contract.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, development plans for Woodberry and local amenities (such as the Sprouts Farmers Market, Publix, or Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital) are subject to change based on municipal approval and third-party developers. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in descriptions of local infrastructure or future growth.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, Woodson Construction Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, errors, omissions, or the temporary unavailability of the site.
