Our history in this community doesn’t begin with a blueprint; it begins with the land. For over a century, my family farmed and worked the Clarksville soil, instilling a 'sun-up to sun-down' work ethic that transitioned from the dairy barn (that's an old pic of one of our barns) to the job site.
In 1986, my father founded Woodson Construction with a simple, unwavering principle: It is always easiest to remember the truth. That speaks volume about his character. He was a meticulous craftsman who earned his reputation because he had experience in every phase of the home building process himself.
I lead our projects today with that same principle, hands-on precision, and a deep respect for our heritage. My wife, Kerri, works beside me in development and sales. We don't just build to meet a code; we build to create something that the generations before us would be proud of. When you work with us, you are being guided by a family that has been part of this community since the late 1800s—and we intend for our homes to stand just as long.
